Whenever people hype of girl groups these days, why is it specifically and only centered on 4th gen?

4th gen ggs have some major hype in kpop fandom atm

The thing is though they low,eh have ALL the hype for ggs these days,

You won’t see people hyping up a 3rd gen gg like they will 4th gen

Why is this happening, most girl groups are killing it regardless of gen
