  • Cloutchasing with a mix of payola, with the way SM controls 99% of their acts career, music and how they are in real life, I'm pretty sure they also ask for magazines to write this type of articles along with an idea of how they are going to post it

  • The day peoole really how magazines works is the day we all will be free

  • I swear some of you can't even read

yes company might interfere with an article sometimes and say to magazine what they have to write, and if anybody wasn't dumb and would take the time to read the real article you would see that there's no mention of Blackpink in it

but what the tweet say is only choose by the one who post it in this case it's NY magazine and the magazine only do this to bring more engagement to their tweet so people click on the real article

if none of you ever worked on this type of thing please avoid your conspiracy theory

  • Only in interview situations they’ll tell you what you can and cannot ask/write.

    All cleared on email beforehand.

  • Sm doesn't get it, do they? Bts wasn't pushed into the throats of Western audience neither was BP. Superm was able to get that #1 album in US after all that payola but where are they now? They're only damaging the reputation of their groups.

Maybe BTS wasn't pushed by BH, but if you think armys commenting 24/7 in every single NON BTS related video, tweet, post ... all social media possible, wasn't pushing them into everyone's throats then idk what to say, that was the best social media play in kpop history, look where they are now.

  • Yeah that company should stop doing its job and promoting its artists in all markets

yes ARMY made everything possible for bts but the point is that it happened naturally. ARMY wouldnt have gone above and beyond to promote BTS if they did not think BTS were worth it and that they deserved it. BTS had a message, they were sincere and they were hard working and that is why people thought more people should know about BTS. That is why they promoted them everywhere. Sincerity doesn't come from the company it comes from the artist themselves. SM just makes everything look phony with their intervention and that doesn't create an ARMY. Every artist should aspire to create a fanbase like BTS'. Because BTS merely dreamt of the stars and their fans hand picked every single one of them.

First of all, it didn't happen "naturally" as it was forced by armys, an example of organic success would be BP and second of all, you are literally describing every fandom and group.. all fandoms think their groups are worthy and deserve to be successful and all groups are hardworking.

And that is what companies are for, promote their groups whatever way possible. Nothing wrong about it.

Please explain how Armys forced anything. And also please explain how BPs success was organic. lmaoo

Right, so it was all the Army comments, and BTS' music, performances and hard work had nothing to do with it. Right. Curious why you're not doing the same for your SM faves?
