it is because his injury causes him chronic pain, he can't handle long flights anymore so he can't participate in SJ's tours. That's why they keep his parts to a minimum so it couldn't be a hassle to change things up for when they start touring.

Like a couple of years ago he was in a couple of MVs, but didn't sing on the album.

I feel like he is done with the idol life and really want to be a full time variety star, but he sticks around for the sake of the group (and money of course)

I used to be a fan but I've moved on from them now. They are an older group that's been around for nearly 17 years so aren't as dominant now. They never were popular here to begin with. I guess people don't care about them anymore. Tbh, they've had their time.
