Discipline ( is the most common at her school. Imo she’s more innocent than we think
Even if she’s guilty of violence or not I still feel bad for her, she’s suffered so much hate and disgusting comments

I don't know where this case is going, at first I thought she was innocent then she was def guilty and now it's crickets from law firm and source
Interesting document. It addresses a lot of misconceptions. I think point 5 is particularly enlightening.
It debunks the narrative that Garam & co must have done something truly terrible and horrifying to receive a level 5 punishment.
QuoteDisplay MoreClaim 5: Level 5 is a “rare and exceptional” punishment only for serious offences
FALSE.
As shown by the table in “Claim 4,” Level 5 was in fact the most common disciplinary action taken by Gyeongin Middle School (alongside Level 1) with almost no Levels 2, 3 and 4 punishments given. The Korean Education Newspaper confirms that, across Korea, Level 5 is more common than 3 & 4 and suggests that schools find it preferable as it is “more convenient than No. 3 & 4 - community service”.
The Korean School Violence standards (chart below) show that Levels 2 & 5 are the only disciplinary actions not directly tied to any points of severity.
In conclusion, a Level 5 punishment is not necessarily more severe than Levels 2, 3 and 4, and this is supported by the Education Ministry official’s statement about the intensity of measures differing depending on the school.
I don't know anything about this case. I haven't the slightest clue as to what even happened. Whatever she did it's probably not as bad as throwing a brick at another kids head, which happened when i was 10 and the victim didn't get an apology. It was like nothing had happened.
Let people do what they want. It's obvious that there's tons of clowns out there who are perched, waiting to uplift their miserable lives by this girl's problems. Did u see the thread in the main forum? where everyone had their opinions and judgements?
Anyway, even if she made mistakes, no one should have to give up their dreams because of things they did when they were 12. This idol culture is fucked up, no one is perfect, not saying that bullying is ok, but without even knowing the exact details, people were ready to crucify her. It's always been apparent that the downfall of kpop will be the deluded, hateful, garbage fan base.
