Why is JYP ignoring the solo careers of other TWICE members outside of Nayeon?

Why is Nayeon the only one active preparing for a solo debut?

Are other members like Dahyun not getting variety work? Or the visuals getting any drama casting offers? Or what about YouTube content?

Is JYP incapable of multi-tasking?

I understand they don't want Jihyo's solo album (potentially may or may not happen) clash with Nayeon but are the other members sitting around getting the short end of the stick while Nayeon goes out and gets all the shine and limelight?

Maybe the others are busy, isn't Twice busy 24 x 365. Also there's a jp cb in July apparently and I feel for Nayeon having to practice both her solo and group cb stuff. Also Twice visuals are mostly foreign line so they probably wont really get casted in kdramas I suppose

The division system looks good on paper but in reality they can't work efficiently thanks to the understaffing, and lack of flexibility between divisions.

It's been 7 years since they debuted and the situation cannot be compared. Nayeon is popular but the differences are not like Suzy and Miss A. Many would even argue Sana is the most popular member.
