Why are some acting dumb when it comes to BB? They literally dropped a song and bye. Obviously a promoted song will chart better in the long run because of promotions, why some lack common sense? Does BIGBANG success and legacy hurt so much?

Nah the bigbang song was meh that's why no longevity, the only reason bigbang charted so high initially was because of the hype they had for coming back after so many years and after a massive criminal scandal

Taste is individual and if you don't like it, well, not anyone's problem. The song is being loved enough to show that majority liked it. I don't care about the scandal, but it's cute how you are trying to give reasons for an always digimon group just because you don't accept that they are popular.

That was obvious. Longevity was never their field. They always have high peaks and then fall off the charts

They are bigbang. They don't need promotion to have longevity. Everyone know Big Bang is the digital king.

The song don't do well longevity because the song is boring ballad.

bigbang is over, yg stans are delusional, ANYONE could surpass them, that boring ass song will fall much more in the next months while everyother song released during the first 3 months of the year will be above it. Hopefully that means yg stans can stop trying to say any other than BP under that shithole is succesful

Bigbang charted as #1 for five weeks, that’s longer than many groups achieve during their whole career. Saying their longevity is bad is just plain false.

Tomboy and Love Dive just happens to have extremely good longevity. Plus they’re promoted. Bigbang released Still Life and then disappeared. If Gidle and IVE had done the same their longevity wouldn’t be as good either.

And some people saying that Bigbang always had bad longevity clearly don’t know what they’re talking about. Bigbang had the best longevity out of all 2nd gen groups but due to how the charts worked back then they didn’t chart for as long. There’s a reason why you don’t see any 2nd gen songs appear on charts over the longest charting songs even though they were in general more popular with the public.
