I think OP means there's an increase in production because there are more microchips or something which decreased due to COVID.

They keep dropping in my area. Around 250 Euro down now as compared to last month on average for used GPU's.
yeah I have seen they are dropping lately too, though it is pretty sad they still seem to be quite a bit more expensive than even 2021 prices around here at least
