Cyan is the first mini album from South Korean soloist Kang Daniel. The album was released on March 24, 2020 by Konnect Entertainment and contains five tracks with 2U serving as the title track.
I. Background
On March 2, 2020, Kang Daniel made his first Instagram post since his hiatus in December where he stated he had finished recording new music. It was then confirmed that he would be releasing an album that month.
Cyan is the first album in the Color Trilogy project. Cyan aims to project positive energy.

Cyan has sold more than 266,000 copies since it's release. It peaked at number 1 on the Gaon Weekly Album chart and has been certified Platinum by the KMCA.
2U picked up five music shows from March 31 to April 9 with wins on The Show, Music Bank, Show! Music Core, Show Champion, and M Countdown.
