I discovered Kpop at the same time as Kdramas, in the mid-2000s with BigBang.
But with my family, my job and other interests, I put all that aside and only listened to the occasional new release from BTS and BP.
Anyway, last March, while traveling in Vietnam, I found myself shopping at the Lotte Mart.
When I got to the parking lot, I heard a song that totally captivated me...a song that was also playing on a loop in the supermarket.
A quick Shazam and I discover that it's Drama by a certain band called aespa.
Since then, I've been catching up on my 4 years and becoming a total MY. I only regret discovering them so late (2024 being the year of their consecration), and not having been able to support them earlier...c'est la vie.
Anyway, even if it's not their song I listen to the most, I'll go with Drama.
