I don't watch or read Bleach anymore, but you are binging Bleach incorrectly to be honest. Binge the manga up to the Thousand-Year War arc and then switch to the anime, which is ongoing and adds to what the manga left out. You can also watch the movie Memories of Nobody after reading the manga as well, but this is optional and note that it's a bit wonky as to where it fits in the timeline.
DO NOT BINGE THE BLEACH ANIME!
Especially not the Bount arc, which is the worst of the filler arcs. If you watch the anime, then you kind of have to at least watch the Bount arc since it actually gets referenced even during canon portions, but you can just nod your head at those parts if you want.
If you want to watch fillers, then you can watch the Zanpakuto Rebellion arc and Regai Invasion arc, which are the best filler arcs.
Thank you so much for this, I was about to drop the anime. I just surfed the internet and it turned out I was not the only feeling the Bounts arc. I will try reading the manga rather than watching the anime.

I'm currently at episode 70, I bingewatched it for 3 days. I feel like the plot ended with Soul Society (I also felt like there were too many fights). But I'm getting bored with the Bounts arc.

Chaewon - I feel like she is the only talented member. She carried the group in vocals, and even in rapping.
Sakura - Not a big fan, ever since I saw that produce audition. I was surprised she got 2nd place.
Yunjin - She was my bias, but I feel like her vocals deteriorated or maybe my expectations were just too high.
Kazuha - She is pretty but she ruins the songs to me with her tone.
Eunchae - nothing to say much, the only time I didn't like her was during that crazy rap.
From all the 3 ggs (NJ, Illit, LSF), their music is the least I like. I like some of their songs though, such as Perfect Night, Crazy, and Antifragile.

Wonhee - she just fits the concept the group, like the image was built around her. I highly agree that she does have that confused expression sometimes, but it kinda fits the concept.
Minju - pillar of the group
Iroha - I don't have much opinion about her
Moka - she kinda drag the group because of her vocals, but she's the one with most stage presence in the group.
Yunah - she doesn't fit the group. It looks like she's a teenager, and it makes the other members look like toddlers.
As a group, four of them fits the concept fine. So no need to change their concept. They have nice songs, but they have to work on their live performances.
