Not a Bunny, but that is impossible and also why Ador pleading with the girls to come back is completely delusional. The court could indeed decide that NJ did not correctly terminate their contract according to to rules set forth within, but the question then becomes - what will it take about for it to be correctly terminated? Because they are not going back.

What I'm really interested to see is how the rest of the industry will react to all this on the other side.
I would fairly bet that the companies will all learn the worst possible lessons from it all and actually end up making contracts for new groups a LOT more iron clad and controlling.
They will not want to be the next HYBE/Ador with their new group being the next NewJeans in THIS sense, but they likely won't go "how do we make working relationships with idols better", but will be thinking "how do we make it impossible for our idols to do what NewJeans did? I know! Lets tighten the screws!".
I can also definitely see companies being a lot more shy about making their creative directors (or whatever MHJ was) be able to wield so much power from the beginning. There will probably be a lot more "separation of powers" so to speak.
Wouldn't be surprised if its already started with some of the newer groups.
