Kush was arrested due to illegal purchasing of cocaine, a widely-known forbidden drug.
On March 18, 2019, Kush was sentenced to 4 years of probation for his crimes of cocaine usage. If he violates his probation, he will be forced to serve 2 years and 6 months in prison. During his time away from the entertainment industry, Kush has been doing volunteer work and self reflecting.
