GP999 wouldn't be the same without Yujin. No Yujin in gp999 would be like no Kaeun/Sakura/Jurina in Produce 48 and that would make the show less exciting and intriguing.
Bringing idol members to this kind of show may sound unfair, but it can bring good tv (especially if the said idol brings emotional stories with them) which I think is what mnet strives for, and also bring challenges/excitement to other show trainees as well.
