I’m just a casual listener of ITZY and aespa. Even though I’m not a stan of both said groups, I do know news about them and it seems that aespa’s popularity is growing a lot nowadays. ITZY on the other hand seems to not doing so well looking at lukewarm popularity of the latest comeback. not much hype.

What I’m curious about is, do you think aespa will surpass ITZY like how their sunbaes did? We all know how WG used to be SKNGG before SNSD took over.

JYP sent WG to America (? cmiiw) and when they came back, boom. SNSD had became the Nation’s Girl Group. Similar to how at the moment jyp is pushing itzy so hard in America that its causing them to decline in korea
