Rocky Mountain oysters would be number 1 on my list.

I started with basic sauces. A cheese sauce, a marinara sauce, a bechamel (white) sauce and a gravy for meat. Literally, layering flavors along with one of those sauces, I kind of learned on the fly. I cook everything from scratch.

I forgot to add pudding to the list. My great grandmother made me rice pudding once and I couldn't believe how awful the texture was. The pudding was mushy and the rice was undercooked, like little chewy bugs suspended in there. I have no idea how anyone could eat it and live.

Other bags might carry a heftier price tag but Givenchy is the only one I'd want. Specifically their Antigona line.

Honestly my favorite food. I live down the street from an Asian market- they sell the best sushi grade ahi. I love sashimi- bluefin, sake, otoro, hotate, katsuo, suzuki, uni, hamachi (could be #1).

Tyler Florence is really a genius. He's personable and makes the best recipes easy. I've tried some of them and everything is delicious.

Has to be medium rare at most. Anything over that and you have shoe leather.

SKZ and Ateez are really talented. Idk why but I just don't stan them.
