Early next year aespa should built up their hype for ae1 instead SM putting Karina & Winter in Got the beat that will essentially decreasing the hype for ae1. It has been a long time we don't see aespa as a full group. Seriously aespa full album is more urgent than this because after that they will have JP tour .

really, aespa next title song should be chosen properly because that will be their saving grace

Girl group have short lifespan and aespa currently spending half of their careers strictly collabing with their labelmates only which sorry to say when aespa album drops I don't think those fans will support aespa so what's the purpose limiting them? This SM family thing won't work because SM fans aren't unite as they used to. SM living in the past .

If SM don't change their way, it be hard for aespa to grow bigger.

tbh im not looking forward to GOT, at all. It would be fine if prior to this, aespa had at least 2 comeback. But that's not the case at all. They disappear a lot. When their competitors pumping out musics and content, they're only seen in bubble. Where's the logic in sm?

I would always prefer them to have their own thing way above collabs with anyone else. If sm really insist on collabing, i don't mind if it's with labelmate or not but at least make it worthwhile. Beautiful Christmas is not appealing to mys (or at least imo) because it's not the sound that we like. Idk about reveluvs taste, but in my impression BC doesn't scream like rv as well. If sm really want collabs, especially if it's a serious one with mv, make something impactful and can attract the fandom through familiarity. I would be mad as hell if GOT comeback isn't 100% a banger because aespa comeback got pushed for this.

Oh well i for one really like how dramatic and different they look. It was definitely an experiment and that's why not everybody will like it. I just think big and special stages like this should be used to go all out, dramatic, and different. But looking at how sk's taste is more subdued (look at the boring dresses in every single sk red carpet there is), i can see how this is totally not their style.

Really? I thought they're really pretty last night. Kpop idols tend to do 'safe' makeup all the time even in the supposedly special and big stages like this. Like they can have crazy hairstyle and outfits but the makeup is same old. Aespa looks very dramatic and stand out so much with the exaggerated lashes and eyeshadow, bolder lip and contour. They look vastly different, in a good way, from the rest of the girlgroups present there and that's great.

I really really enjoy it. Idk but i feel like all of them got confidence boost and it really showed last night. All of them killed it but i have to give special appreciation for my girl ningning

for the first time imo every single one of them got great outfits, hairstyle, and makeup

I expected already that intro in aespa language is basically just them walking to the center of the stage but at least it's more epic this time. What i never understand is why the dancers appear so little? This happened in another award/festival performance.
