You're not. Momo told that story herself in Knowing Brothers episode 76. She said she knew quite a bit of English until she was running one day at school and someone pushed her, causing her head to hit the wall. She then forgot the majority of the English she had learned.
Now, no knowing if that's actually what happened, or if she was telling the story for comedic effect. I choose to believe Momo though.

All I did was point out that the people pretending she is healthy need to quit. She is bloated. Your body, especially your face does not do that in a healthy state only in an inflamed one and she has never been a mindfully healthy member, so a break from moving around all the time along with the anxiety only worsened the inevitable. That’s all I was saying. Maybe people should stop LYING and find other ways to lift her up instead of straight up LYING. Let’s make “if you don’t have anything truthful to say don’t say it all” a thing too yes!
You can try to rationalize it however you want, but it's still a bad thing to call someone unhealthy and bloated when they're recovering from both anxiety and injury, as well as trying to get back to a normal work schedule. Maybe have some empathy, instead of supporting fat shaming and hate?

Feel Special came out at the end of 2019 and is now massively successful in Japan. If I'm not mistaken it started pulling numbers that are close to TT there. So a lot of the growth in the 2020 numbers may be due to the success of Feel Special.
