in that situation, where she choice to downvote, whatever she do will get hated, if she say your performance isnt good enough, better doing it next time, ppl will jump on her and saying nasty person, arrogant, etc, she choice the safe one in public by saying nice thing, but that still backfire coz mnet choice to reveal it.
about downvote itself, we never know the real reason she doing it, maybe coz she try to be objective, or maybe she just want to get rid competitor, but i find it harsh to judge ppl just from one thing she did, and it even mnet clip 😅

idol is about the package (visual, dance, singing, personality, etc), the talent seeker for idol never focus heavily on singing talent, that why they named idol, its for difference with singer which focus heavily on singing talent

lets forget about bang chan or ive for a second, i think every public figure have responsibility for what he/she talk, share in public, and yes i think he doesnt want anyone to get hate, that why he doesnt say spesific name, for it i personally dont blame him, but the fact that what he say is using by someone/hater to attack other, as public figure i think he need to adress the issue or at least clarify it

sometimes ppl just want to listen to easylistening song, and this song perfect for it, at least for me they got nice vocal at opening to make you want listen more, and sometime ppl forget that gp really like easylistening genre
