Israel is making a huge mistake now, they didn't listen to America. They told them occupying and controlling Gaza will be a huge mistake. They didn't listen as the prime minister recently stated that after Hamas is defeated, Gaza will be given a new government and that Israel maintains the right to respond to any situation in gaza and is now solely responsible for security on the strip, another hamas will never happen again.
The mistake they made is gave Gaza back to Hamas after 2014 war, they should maintain security like Westbank,
or better, made it military zone like Golan hieght. Push every terrorists out of the land.

True about the current administration BUT to some extent there's a good chance of people if the Palestinians want peace they were given the option of their own state multiple times but chose violence instead. Some clowns say Israel is an apartied. But that's a lie, 20% of Israel population is Arab a good amount of them Palestinians and they all have Israeli citizenship, freedom etc and even serve in the military and government an Arab supreme court judge sent a Jewish minister to jail so it's definitely not what people say it is. True peace can be had, the hate has to be dropped first. Israel isn't perfect it has its own sins to answer for some of that due to the current situation and the history of it.
