I don’t think YouTube restrictions are a thing. Pink Venom did 90M just a month ago.
I think people just focused more on other platforms this time since it was an album. I just streamed the MV once and then went immediately to Spotify to stream the album.
I do think in general K-pop fans are paying more attention to Spotify/Apple Music.

I have no idea what you're even trying to say. You obviously have no idea what stock pre orders are.
Stock pre orders are the amount of albums the stores have ordered from company. The actual amount of albums sold by the stores is reflected on Hanteo/Gaon. Sometimes it exceeds, sometimes it comes less than stock pre orders. But basically 1.5 million is the amount of albums the stores took from YG. And when they do so, they do it in advance. Therefore it matters not when the digipacks were announced to public, the stores already had them.
Well, if you think the digipacks were already included in the 1.5 million report and even then they were able to reach 2 million just one week later be prepared for the final pre-order numbers
