Dont be naive. Bang PD decided to do this such a short time after all members entered the military because they wanted/needed yet another ploy to get Armys to tune into other hybe groups. Bts is a legend, one Hybe continually uses for their bottom line, not out of appreciation.

now you're just making stuff up. Butter/Dynamite/MU all have the same thing in common: they are mega-hits (streams and radio) by an artist that are highly recognizable by both the average listener and Grammy voter (ie BTS are mainstream A-list artists). Cupid was a short lived viral song on tiktok where no one knew who the singer was. Your delusional if you think it had an ounce of the same impact that Butter/Dyna had. Seven's disadvantages was that it had significantly less radioplay than it deserved, nonexistent Grammy voting cycle promotion, and JK's name recogntion isnt as obvious as BTS. All of this is why it probs wasn't as recognizable to Grammy voters as Butter/Dyna/MU.

yall kpoppies need to curb your expectations. Kpop is VERY much a niche and unless your faves break strongly into the mainstream scene, nominations will be nonexistent. It took a good bit of time for BTS to become mainstream/ a household name which allowed them to be recognized by the Grammys to earn nominations. And that was well after a slew of achievements (top sales, top streams, many US awards, etc etc). Groups that sell 5 million but barely have enough streams to compete in the big leagues will be overlooked. Groups that are nominated for VMAs/BBMAs through kpop categories and not the top ones will be overlooked. Songs paid to become viral that don't crack even the top 10 on BB will be overlooked. Maybe this will be a wake up call for yall who think just because BTS did it that it was easy and any group can jump from 0 to 100.

And Tae is soon going to announce an amazing album debut. Thats the thing about BTS, their talent and success knows no bounds since each member brings something unique to the table. The same can't be said for others so continue crying about it.
