*Currently* , my understanding is that there are *numerous*
OFFERS of COVID help extended to N.KOREA ... But , as yet,
N.KOREA has *NOT REPLIED* OFFICIALLY to *any* of these offers.
This includes PRChina nation offering help to N.KOREA too.
Maybe that will *change* soon enough in the near future.
