Txt, Lesserafim, Enhypen: Which Hybe group will comes closest to Bts’s success?

  • Enhypen: million seller in less than a year, Polaroid Love going viral recently, doing very well in Japan.

Txt: Cross 900K hanteo for recent album in a day, only group who did higher is Bts. Their song has been doing better digitally in both Korea and internationally.

Lesserafim: even higher debut album sales than Enhypen, Kazuha going viral, Fearless climbing on Melon charts, many members have big fandoms in Japan.

So who do you predict will go furthest in their success?

    Approved the thread.
  • Enhypen is 4th gen KING, no chance for other groups even from other companies to get better than them.

    Txt and lsrf are nobodies.

Txt sold 1 m only because the members begged to reach that level.

Even Sakura is not popular anymore, and with that bully... they ain't going nowhere

  • You'll have to separate bts succes in domestically & internationale, bc both txt & enha aren't doing well in Korea, while lesserafilm (being a gg & under hybe) Will probably establish themselves soon there. Internationally, it's probably gonna be between txt & enhypen. Both are selling huge numbers, so it will depend on streaming numbers.

Don't know how txt's last cb did on Spotify, but polaroid love did very well for a 4th gen group/BG. We'll have to wait till we get txt's Spotify numbers today & compare them with enhypens next cb.

  • Txt because armys have a soft spot for them and when bts takes a break they'll most probably move to txt fandom.

  • LSFM because I'm biased.

  • txt are the first juniors of bts, have had the most content with them, so they're armys favourite

  • Nah, none can be at BTS level. It’s not just the album sales. It’s the impact - media coverage, presidential shout outs (not just Korea), daesangs and awards, breaking records that are important (not for “4th gen” only, not “Korea” only), highly lucrative CF deals (Dior designing their stage outfits for their 2019 tour, LV, Samsung, McD global etc), conferences by academics across the globe just about BTS, being used to spread Hangul and Korean culture, book stores around the world with Namjoon’s pick and so many more. If any of the group has 25% of what BTS achieved, that’s impressive enough.

I also want to ask, why people think if BTS disbanded or stop producing music, army will migrate to other groups? Nah you’ll just get the leftovers (success stan). The hardcore (streamers, buyers, strategist, coordinators, thinkers, planners, doers) will leave kpop for sure.

  • enhypen. they did so many huge things in one year that took all their competitors 3-4 years to do

  • They are surprisingly obscure considering how famous BTS are. Of course LS are new (though their debut is so bland I forget it right after the song ends) so we don't know how they will develop.

I disagree their hardcore fans would leave KPop. I got back into my first Instagram account earlier this year and some of the crazy Larries I followed for entertainment value are now crazy Taekookers. The people who are immersed in stanning need it. If BTS disappear today they will find a new host. Where else are they going to take all their specialist knowledge of streaming and collating statistics and fanwars and shipping?

  • Probably Enhypen because their fans display the most insanity.

  • I'm not a fan but I see Enhypen doing very well! There's a lot of hype for this group and I think with the right song they'll get big in Korea as well!

  • Omg the army’s in this thread they asked who will come the closest not who will 100% replicate bts success
