Not all music show performances are lip sync, even nowadays

I would much rather hear this than a perfect lipsync performance.

I think it's a choice though and it will vary depending on the artist, the show, the choreo, how many performances they have, and even member to member individual choices.

I agree, I think we all think all performances on music shows are lip sync but sometimes that's not true.

I was recently watching this video and in it showed a music show performance of one of my favs that I previously thought was lipsynced and showed a clip of one of the members making a mistake with the lines.

I went to the fancam(since I watched that before a couple times) and noticed the video was right, they did make a mistake with the lines. If they hadn't made that mistake, I would still think they were lipsyncing cus that's how stable they were lol.
