Why do people set groups up before debut?

I saw it with Nmixx/ jyp stans saying they would end Aespa and now I’m seeing Le Sserafim/ hybe/ source/ izone stans saying they will end Ive? Can we normalize waiting for a group to release music before setting them up Now if they fail then it gets embarrassing and they get hate and dragged

Bragging rights and toxic and it usually almost backfires every time

insecure people want validation through achievements of their idols

The target can never be just to be successful, it always has to entail bringing some other group down. If they aren't bringing another group down they don't receive any satisfaction. Honestly makes me wonder why they even bother staining the group for.
