Why do people hate army so much?

I'm confused they're a really chilled fandom and don't take themselves too seriously but everyone makes out they're mean or aggressive?

is this a set up? are you really expecting objective answers here?

There's a ton of armys and it unfortunately the more toxic ones' influence turned out ot be more lasting. There's a lot of success stans. Also people who want to feel like they're serving justice (for old fanwars and bad things that happened to bts a long, long time ago) but they always pick on people who've done nothing wrong, cause they don't actually care, they just like fighting and boosting each other's egos

army aren't worse than other fandoms (just a lot lot bigger which makes everything bigger),

but they aren't saints. it's all stan culture.

Many of them are noisy and only talk about other groups in a negative way. Its not all of them, many armys are nice too but some are just annoying and childish and when they are hated it's this portion of the fandom that is hated, not the mature side.
