IOI and Wanna One members were offered TV drama roles right out the gate.

• Kim Sejeong a lead role in KBS's School 2017
• Kang Mina in MBC's Children of the 20th Century and tvN's Drama Stage in 2017.
• Park Jihoon in JTBC's Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency in 2019
• Ong Seongwu in JTBC's At Eighteen in 2019
• Hwang Minhyun in JTBC's Live On.

Broadcast stations were grabbing their hands on them right away like hotcakes, but there's a reason why Iz*One members are doing smaller productions in web-dramas like Yena, Hyewon, Yuri, Chaeyeon etc. Even their star actress Minju hasn't had an projects yet more than one year after disbandment.

Even X1 members are doing TV dramas like Yohan in School 2021 and Wooseok in tvN's Bulgalsal.

Izone arent popular with gp. Some members are, but that's it. Most of Izone members only have fandom but not public recognition, they're like a bg.

They had bigger fandom. Ioi and w1 had gp.

And what about X1? They're a boy group and certainly not as popular with the GP, and their group disbanded in like less than half a year. Yet Yohan, Wooseok and Eunsang all found roles in real TV dramas.

So they got offered drama roles nice but most of the post disbandment group flopped or did mediocre, while IZONE already has IVE and soon to debut LE SSERAFIM which will already have sales and with HYBE power behind them
