  • very nice but i just dont think this song suits in this context

    not sure if by “context” you mean the choreo or the occasion. If the former then i’ve no argument bc that’s subjective, but if the latter then i feel like i should point out that this is an exhibition skate, ie. a performance that skaters who were invited to participate in can choose to do whatever they want bc it’s all fan service and not a competition. In the actual competitive section of each event skaters have specific elements they have to complete in order to gain points, whereas the exhibition section is where they can relax and “wind down” after the competition, so many skaters usually choose to have fun in their performance instead of worrying about the technical difficulty of the programme since they’d already done that in the comp lol.
