no doubt biggest female idol in SEA & china, but think other bp members are bigger in japan?
also, just because Money went viral doesn't mean she's big in the west, unless you mean in the kpop world? she's probably one of the biggest idols globally & one of the most known in the kpop world, but except for psy (and MAYBE jimin/jennie purely for always trending) western gp don't know individual kpop idols.

Nah lisa is even most popular in Japan. She’s the most popular bp member in every country besides Korea.
She’s obviously not mainstream in the west but she got a huge spike in popularity after money. Probably got some ppl into bp too

She's big bc she's marketable. Also, her dancing is a huge advantage bc it isn't "by kpop standards". All the girls are pretty but no one of them have talents that would garner attention outside of kpop except for lisas dancing.

4. That's literally what i mean? You can't use money's viralness to gauge her western succes (which many Lilies seem to do). Unless you're doja cat & succeed in getting almost all of your songs viral, money was a "at the good place at the right time".

Being marketable is what all idols are, some have the it factor and being honest i think all 4 have.
Lisa is the most talked about ww, as i said, she has the number to back it up.
You can use Money and say it's a Lisa success bc it's her song. Viral or not, if it flopped it would obviously be a Lisa song so why in the success she can't be given the same energy?
