a manga from way back.

I've read a manga before,and I forgot pretty much everything about it bar one thing,a specific page in fact. It's about a character,a young person,maybe a teen. She/he's searching for someone,I remember his/her older siblings. I think his(lets assume it's a he, because I really can't remember correctly for the life of me) sister/brother was in barber business/probably a stylist. that one page has his older sibling's old workplace drawn,which I'm confident is a saloon/stylist shop. I remember reading no later than 2007,so it's probably even a 90s era manga. I'm sorry if this is too vague https://tweakbox.mobi/ https://vlc.onl.
