Yes- I think they have an agreement, Hybe will take care of their music, and artistic concept while CJ will assist in marketing & of course distribution. Belift is also registered under Hybe.
Does anyone know Enhypen is also a CJ group? Most likely no. The answer why is because as people said, hybe are the ones who upload their videos in their channel, invite them to their family concerts but not only. Hybe in house producers work for them, hybe trainers help them with practice, hybe creates their whole lore and universe. I think this is why people acknowledge enhypen as a hybe group and rarely someone will tell you that they're a cj group. Cj seems to only help financially which is the case with Sm and billie's company
