    It may work for those acts but definitely not for all. Notice how those acts are from big 4?

    None of them have more comebacks. It's at normal rate

    Aespa has the perfect numbers of comebacks for a rookie, 2 comebacks per year, one comeback each 6 months, there's no overexposure and they don't stay out of public eye for too long which is crucial for the first years of a group. Treasure is the example what not to do for a rookie, stay in the dungeon for one year.


    ITZY is on the same boat like aespa, 2 comebacks per year, that's pretty average for a kpop group, not too much, not too little.


    NCT units are having one comeback per year so i'm not sure why you consider that as many comebacks lol

    All those songs had mvs and music show performances. I included step back because our fandom always credit aespa in the performance of those songs. There’s also zoo.

    You can't combine NCT's units. The units have 1-2 Korean comebacks a year and 1 Japanese comeback every now and then just like their peers.


    In fact I think the only NCTs unit to have 3 comebacks in 1 year are WayV in 2019 with their debut and 2 comebacks and NCT 127 who had 2 Korean comebacks and a Japanese album in 2021.

    The only reason stopping other companies are budgets. They're competing with Big4 in terms of productions so no one can really produce that many MVs and songs without spending a little.

    Step back doesn't have mv. November 2020 to January 2022 is not less than a year. Dreams come true have 2 music shows and one award show while step back has 1 music shows, far far less than the bare minimum of comeback schedule for most groups.

    So?? only Black mamba, NL and savage are official comebacks.

    Step back is a special sm proyect outside of aespa and only two of the members participated. Again like DCT, they went to one music show because the song was charting well. Are you gonna call to every song with a perfomance a comeback?? How is aespa fault songs that they are involved are charting well without promotion?? Zoo is a collab for sm concert which went viral, you can't be serious calling all that comebacks

    The fact aespa attended two music shows for dreams come true one month after it was released because the song was charting well without any promotion and literally it was a sm station for SM remastering project :dancer:

    NCT units don’t have a lot of comebacks, tho. Each unit drops releases once a year, plus a repackage. It was a joke amongst NCTzens about how long it took between the release of Neo Zone and the release of Sticker (it was 18 months between albums.) If you from the repackage, it’s still 16 months.


    NCT Dream had 12 months.


    WayV had 11 months.

    Enhypen has normal comebacks rate? In 2021 they dropped border:carnival (mini album) and dimension:dilemma - that makes it two Korean comebacks.


    Non big4 groups can rarely afford more than one comeback per year especially if they have many acts, that's why you think groups with 2-3 cbs comeback too often when it's normal rate
