Been saying all along that Twice only option is to renew for both sides to come out on top.
JYP’s biggest money maker is Twice so it would be huge loss if they left
Twice have very little individual presence so if some left to pursue other careers they would basically be starting from the bottom again. You can’t get a steady job as an actress if you have zero acting experience for example.
Both win if they renew, both lose if they dont

JYP tied them down so they have no choice but to stay in JYP in order to have a successful career. Very smart of JYP.
And the fans dont care, whether the TWICE members would have wanted something differently and not be limited to 1 option.
Look at the main forum: a lot of the most hardcore Once and JYP stans want TWICE to stay at JYP regardless, they only care about them being able to get TWICE songs and to brag about TWICE and keep themselves blind to the girls' wellbeing or if this is what the girls really wanted for their own personal careers.

As Twice were JYP's rip-off of Girls Gen, he expected Itzy to be the new Blackpink. Antis main issue with them is basic choreo so I think he expected everyone to instantly flock to Itzy. And they had that potential. It just didn't happen because of the bad songs. He really needed a girlgroup with the ability to take on Twice to give him negotiating leverage, but that is a big old nope. Because of the bad songs.
If Twice stay, (though OT9 won't) they can set the terms that suit them. The power is very much on their side, I hope they know that.

Technically, they can. They have Stray Kids that's rolling in the money with their album sales and (potential) touring. It just wouldn't be good to lose your biggest moneymaker.

News reports are already out about how ot9 are speculated to have already resigned lol.

The only way I see a few leaving is for mental health, or physical health. JYP has worked them so much some of them can't physically take it anymore.
