Oh, how do you know this? I heard that some shows are more likely to have one or the other, but I didn't know live performances ONLY happened on Music Bank (occasionally anyway).
I know from being a kpop fan and watching many music show stages, if you listen closely you start to pick up on the fact that the only stages that sound live are Music Bank. Also if you watch MR Removed channels most of their videos with actual live vocals, not AR are taken from Music Bank

lipsyncing is sometimes fine and excusable (like at the superbowl, they have tech issues that make it necessary) but a weekly music show that has everything in place for people to sing live? Nope no excuse

The music shows are set up to film it too and they can barely do that competently every week.
I will never care if an idol sings live on M Countdown because it's a TV show meant to sell albums. I'm not mad at them lip syncing in music videos which serve the same purpose.

No one sings live at MC. At least no idol group for many years now. Is this news lol. Or did people convince themselves their favs lip sync’d performance is live Kek.

The audio is a live recording they did, that’s for sure.
But I can’t really tell you for sure if that video and audio are the same take.
