    There are other ways to make money but you must have your Building solidly built and tested before you can milk people of money. There are lines that you just can't cross. Never cut into your safety bottom line.

  • I had a friend who lived in Korea for a year and he said fake constriction was common, even in high-end apartments. Things would look nice, but handles and drawers and wall panels would all off, revealing cheap and/or fake framing underneath. Shortcuts that would never pass a building inspection in the US or Europe seemed to be common in Seoul.
