That should be obvious, they are co-workers working in the same team.

Not all working relationships become friendships. That is true of all and Idol groups are not an exception.

In fact, given the extreme exposure they live under, it is even more rare.

And like colleagues, they have to work together to make the team successful, yet there will also be some internal rivalry, sub-group-factions etc., All that is typical of any group dynamic, there is no reason to suggest idol groups are an exception.

Just that they have to be professional enough to manage all that.

For one of my ult groups that's not true and there's many reasons why I think so. The more a group face difficulties together the more likely their bond will be tighter, that's just psychology.

But I don't expect every member in a group to get along, that's delusional. A lot of them clearly don't fit in which is sad.
