Nugu groups have a hard time staying a float and more often than not, they drown dragging down into the darkness the idols who were part of them. So let's reminisce together these idols who vanished from the spotlight too quickly.
formerly of Pristin and Hinapia
After Pristin's disbandment, Minkyeung joined OSR Entertainment along with 3 other Pristin alumni and formed Hinapia. Unfortunately the Covid crisis hit the country and OSR Entertainment was not strong enough to survive, leading Hinapia a premature end.
Lee Seo-Young (aka. Raon)
formerly of ANS
ANS Entertainment formed ANS by adding new members with each comeback. Raon was not part of the pre-debut line-up but joined the group for their official debut. ANS had two comebacks after that, with their latest one obviously trying to take a page from Everglow's book (the track was composed by the same behind Adios). The song did relatively well enough but again, the Covid crisis left the members penniless. The final nail in the coffin was a bullying controversy around the youngest member which led almost the entire group to ask for the termination of their contracts with ANS Entertainment. Recently the company launched a new girl group featuring one former members of ANS.
