    she is Moeka Shiotsuka! i really like what she does with her voice but is hard to put into words, not only she is a good singer but it is like if her voice was another instrument, holding notes to create melodies, humming to create beats, etc, i mean that's normal for a professional singer but it works really well here, since she writes the music for the band i guess that gives her a lot of room to experiment
