Man I have no interest in the kpop section anymore

    Been here for two years and people are still acting the same way.


    I'm not even that active here anymore and just when I decided to participate in a discussion, I was cursed upon and blah blah.


    If I'm ever gonna discuss, that's only gonna be on the anons from now on. I don't post vile & insensitive shit, so no worries. But if anyone is gonna ask next time why did OP post a normal thread on anons instead of main kpop section, this could be the reason. I just don't want to deal with nasty comments and rumours about me once again.

    a lot of threads do tend to devolve into personal attacks/dragging in the main forum.


    sometimes i see pages of users just dragging each other and trying to look "cool" or "edgy" while ignoring serious topics.

    To be honest, I just joined in today. But I feel like what you said applies to the kpop community as a whole now. I wish we could go back to a few years ago when kpop was fun and nice

    There's nothing happening in the kpop section apart from people going at each other for old vendettas. It's so dry and boring there these days and it's the same annoying people being active everyday waiting for a chance to go at each other over random things. I've also found myself spending more time in anons.


    I used to wake up every day, check the main forum and find many different interesting threads and topics. These days it's completely dead, the first page already has threads last replied to over an hour ago. It's not interesting anymore.

    It's always been like that, nothing is going to change now. People are people

    Why don't you guys actually post threads instead of complaining like babies? Why don't you do something intresting? Seriously?

    The stupid thing going on in the main section is that when there is a discussion and someone genuinely shares their opinion which isn't generally accepted by the majority, that person's faves proceed to get dragged, shaded and hated on. All because someone shared their honest opinion. It's so childish, immature and it just pushes you away from further discussions

    I honestly don't understand how can people be THAT sensitive just because someobody disagrees with them or criticises their faves.... and no critisism isn't the same as hate ...people need to learn the difference

    I’m way more active in anons than the main section and not just because of the fights but in anon I engage with people I probably wouldn’t on the main section. Just like it’s easier to be honest negativity it’s also the same positively. I’m sure I’ve replied and spoken to people I probably dislike on the main page and would never engage with but in anons everyone is equal. It’s nice.

    This is why I prefer here. No ad hominem. Just share of thoughts. And then they come here like "why don't you say it on main, are you a coward?". Nah, we just don't want to deal with annoying ass people like you.
