BTS has become so big because of Armys and more people became Armys because of good music. Arguably, they have the best music in kpop.

And obviously the western media saw that they can bring a big audience. That was enough to get opportunities and this 'mania' made even more people notice them.

Despite a lot of groups promoting in the West, no group will even become as big or even close to it, because it's obvious it's forced. That it was connections and not interest that brought them there. So, those show appearances won't do much for them.

Maybe BP could do it but they chose the c level socialite route when it comes to US promo for now.

But what brings ARMYs into stanning BTS? Its not only the visuals, its also the music.

You can say the same for BLACKPINK.

I am ARMY and it's true. Why would they invite or even name drop an act without any fans? It'll just be a waste of money and time.

This is not a drag my dear. Having a massive fandom means your music resonates to so many people, and make them feel that your music is worth fighting for..

It’s true ARMY are the wings that make BTS fly higher than they ever imagined. Now if other fandoms love their faves half as much as ARMY with BTS, and willing to do the work (and not just complaining on social media), BTS will not be social distancing so much.

Yeah... sure.... And I'm listening to BTS so much because of their bad music. I like the music that they put out so I stream it on spotify. I'm in college so I don't have the money for merch and albums but I vote and stream when I can. So long as they don't drop something during my exams I'll stream the MV and play it on spotify. Some of their music is not for me and I just ignore that and play what I like. For example, I loved almost all songs in map of the soul 7 except for respect ang ugh (I don't like rap songs that much) but loved the other tracks so I streamed the other tracks. Music is subjective and what one person likes others may not. But if a group has a lot of fans, especially from a smaller label, then they probably have music that appeals to a wide audience. There is no such thing as good or bad music. It's just a question of if you like it or not. Obviously a large part of BTS's success can be attributed to ARMY but that's true for any musician. It's not like TV shows will invite groups that don't have any fans.

That's true for literally any artist. Do you think any show will have an artist that doesn't have any fans. There is no such thing as good or bad music. Music is an art and as such is subjective based on ones taste. For example, I really don't like Billie's music but does that mean she puts out bad music. No, it just means it's not for me. But millions of other people like it so that means it must be appealing to a wide audience which is something every musician wants. Army's like BTS because of their music and choose to support their works when we can. I, for example, can't do much being a broke college student but I stream and vote when I can as long as I don't have exams. It's not a drag to have a big fanbase. That, at the end of the day, is what is going to be paying your bills. Look at any second generation group that is still active, it's because of their fanbase. Heck, even JYJ who was literally blacklisted from the industry are still able to tour and make money because of their fanbase. Any artist wishes for a fanbase like ARMY. That is why BTS are able to sell out stadiums where other "big" artists can't.

That what bts fans do. If people tell the truth then their fan will say it insecure or whatsoever.

Usa gp don't give a f about bts. But they're invited because army are loud on social media and that makes a better reputation for the show. Even if it's only temporary as the time bts appearance
