It was my first kdrama and kinda my entry to kpop

It is also related to kpop because it is about high school students trying to become idols.

It has Eunjung of Tara, IU, and the actor Kim Soo Hyun apart from the JYP idols

Also JYP himself is a teacher in the school

The OSTs are really good. I really enjoyed their cover of SNSD's Genie

I do like the main story though. A girl tries to become a famous singer in order to get rich so she can pay back her Father's debt from some Mafia like organization.

I watched it in 2011 and I was in my early teens so the acting worked fine for me then. Anytime I rewatch it I can feel that the acting is subpar but damn the nostalgia got me. It was my gateway to kdrama and what made me check out kpop so it has a special place in my heart.
