Was there ever an an explanation for Jin's absence on BTS banner at MAMA Awards?

Does anyone know if there was an official explanation for why Jin was left out of the banner? Also, was there an apology issued and did they rectify the situation (i.e. releasing a new banner?)

Probably a honest mistake to be honest.

But MAMA was terrible anyway I think I slept during most of it.
