In his interview he said staff kept giving him different directions and opinions but at the end he decided its best to do what he wants

The only thing he regretted about MV was not being able to do the performance on the mood sampler set bc of time issues

Exactly the choreography, clothes, song and Mv everything is very high quality. I wouldn't expect anything less from Key anyway, because he's in control of his concept and choice.
