honestly if they would really care about fans they would never release it at 12 AM KST :)
it should be released at 10 PM KST, then it would be at 2 PM London time, and early in the mornin in US
the way they are doing it now it's clearly targeted for US fans, leaving Europe in a ditch, and Koreans are in school/work at 12 AM...

Even Chuseok isn't the reason, the reason is that they didn't prepare any Lisa promo thinking we would be silent... After seeing the huge backlash they had to go full work mode. Its a pity, but any promo Lisa will have now it'll be bc of our complains, not bc they cared enough for her solo.
