- Don't use straws, the suction could open your wounds
- Don't eat milk, whiped cream, cheese, butter and products who contain these or else you could infect your mouth
- Don't drink cola, energy drinks, beer or coffee cause the caffeine could open your wounds
- If own a cool pack put it in a towl and hold it to your face, it reduces swallen parts and the risk of having a green face
- Only sleep on the back and keep your head up with a few more pillows
- On the first day you should keep cotton bads or tampon in your reach to stuff into your mouth against the bleeding in case your doctor is not giving you such stuff
- Take the highest dose of medicine on the first 2 days that is allowed to take in this time and than slower it down by only talking it whenever you think you feel pain comming
- You can only eat apple sauce, babyfood, mashed potatos and other mashed vegetables and fruits as long it has no whiped cream, cheese or milk in it so check the ingedients because most babyfood contains a lot stuff you can't eat
- If you really want to drink milk or have a yoghurt try to find vegan options instead
- If you think you get bored of the food fast you could also fry some onions and put them to your mashed potatos wich are good for you cause of the essential oils in them
- avoid eating or drinking too hot or too cold
- You can also eat scrambled eggs
- The best is to not season your foods because it's said that some herbs could infect your wounds and it would be aparently especially bad with salt and curry

As I said in a previous post, I had all of mine removed in 1990 in hospital under a general anaesthetic. I was in pain afterwards and my face swelled up. I was on Panadeine Forte so that helped. Eating was tentative. My daughter who is 19 is experiencing wisdom tooth pain too. Oh you youngins have it all to experience yet.
