CPOP is now returning to pre-Idol Produce shows era.

But this time, Cpop has built a modest following of international fans thanks to their survival shows, so it won't be as bad as it was before. The idol culture can still survive this. China hasn't banned company to debut groups.

It's gonna be interesting to see how agencies in CPOP will cope with this new reality. I think we will see more groups being created through their own variety/survival show and could be marketed to global fans.
