AND FIGURE OUT YOUR NATURAL SLEEPING CYCLE THE THING WHERE YOU CAN WAKE UP WITHOUT AN ALARM ALSO SLEEP BEFORE 12AM THAT"S THE FIRST STEP TO FIGURING OUT YOU SLEEP CYCLE
HAVING A FUNCTIONAL BRAIN IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF NO AMOUNT OF COFFEE IS GOING TO FIX A SLEEPY ASS BRAIN IF YOU DIDN"T FINISH IT TODAY BEFORE 12, SET AN EARLY ALARM FOR TOMORROW AND BUST IT OUT IN THE MORNING.
I swear this is the best advice I can give. SLEEP COMES FIRST everything else is changeable. Too much workload? try to drop a course to lighten the load, if you can, email the teacher asking if they are flexible with credits, Make friends that will be there running to catch you when you fall or jettison friends that leach off of you.
You are going to be in charge of a lot more than was previously possible and use that control to make things easy. Its not you that can't walk down the street, the dang street needs to be repaved.
