It sadly didn't turn out well TT maybe cause my hair is too dark but the colour is suppose to be for darker hair

i dyed my hair a dark reddish color. i also have dark hair but it came out nicely

Yeah thats not gonna work, most you could get is a blue glow in the sun.

You have to bleach it first

You probably didn't bleach/lighten your hair enough, before applying the color
