At the moment it’s spreading out of control in Australia. State govts are scrambling to know what to do next. Most of the country has cases and there are lockdowns and restrictions. My town has to wear masks indoors from today and the usual panic buying has started again. I’m quite concerned about this new strain, but I don’t go out that much so I should be right. I think we’ll have to live like this for a long time yet.

same as what elf_lover said above, that's pretty much it as well here in sydney australia. hoarding of tissue paper is going on.

It's not yet. It's summer here so it's really warm and the numbers are going down which means that with the exception of having to wear masks in some public spaces, all measures have effectively been lifted.
Working from home is no longer an option either.
Other than that... People are enjoying their freedom and going on holiday abroad.
