Why nobody mention Achoo in the biggest hit of 3rd gen ???

I think longevity either has to be super long if you have a lower peak (like well over a year, maybe over 2) or be decently long combined with a really good peak to be considered a hit. A #28 peak song that lasted for 36 weeks doesn't really scream hit to me.
